Custom Orders
All patches are made to order based on customer specifications. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom-made items unless the product is defective or does not match the approved design.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item, or if the patch does not match the approved design:
• Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at [insert email or contact form link].
• Provide clear and detailed photographs of the patch and packaging (no physical return required).
After review, we will offer either:
• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A full refund, at our discretion.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost due to postal or customs error, we will provide:
• A full refund, or
• A replacement at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for packages unclaimed by the buyer within the carrier’s hold period or for shipments returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Return Shipping
Physical returns are not required unless explicitly requested by Lasercutpatches. In such cases, return shipping instructions will be provided, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions
We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:
• Items returned without authorization.
• Packages not claimed by the recipient in time.
• Minor variations typical of custom, handmade production.
