Delivery
Shipping origin: All orders are shipped from Kazakhstan.
Standard shipping:
We ship via registered airmail with tracking.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 weeks depending on the destination country.
Shipping cost: typically $5 to $20 USD, depending on the weight of the package and the destination.
Express shipping:
Express delivery via FedEx is available upon request.
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
Shipping cost: calculated based on FedEx international rates.
Bulk orders: We offer free standard shipping for large-volume orders; please contact us to discuss eligibility.
Delivery terms
While we take all reasonable measures to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services, or by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
In the event of:
Loss due to postal or customs error: We will provide a full refund or dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned because the recipient failed to claim it from the postal service within the required time, no refund or compensation will be provided.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lasercutpatches is not liable for losses or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
